Domestic Shipping

Shipping within Australia is included in the listed price of all goods. We deliver via Australia Post standard.

Whole-Home Water Filtration Systems: Someone must be home to sign for delivery. If no-one is home when the courier attempts delivery, the driver will leave a calling card with instructions on what to do. If you choose the Safe Drop delivery option, this is done at your own risk.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes as our items are too large.

Returns

If you have an issue with your water filter, please contact us.

Product Cannot be Installed

In the very rare case that your licensed plumber confirms that installation is not possible at your property, you are responsible for returning the product to us within 30 days of original delivery date, and in accordance with our terms.

Refund Policy Notes

The product must be unused, returned in its original packaging, filter cartridges must be unopened, all product must be without damage and in a re-sellable condition.

All return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. Bank processing may take longer for the monies to land in your bank account.

Any transit damages to the system that were not reported to Detox Your Water within 2 business days of receipted delivery are not covered under our transit warranty.
