You’ll be purchasing a complete solution with everything needed to install the system on a wall or fence. Optionally, legs can be purchased for installing the system in the ground. Your plumber will determine the best location for installation.

Our solution delivers a 4-stage process of water treatment. Of these four stages, only three cartridge filters require upkeep:

• most homes will only need to replace the filters annually

• the first filter in your system may need to be replaced every 6-9 months, but this depends on the amount of sediment (dirt, large particle debris etc) in your water supply as well as the volume of water you use. Please read the next FAQ “How do I know when to change the filters?” for more info

• three cartridge filters are to be replaced annually to maintain your warranty. Our system is designed for DIY filter changes. You don't need to pay someone to do that, unless it is your preference to do so

• no other component in your system requires regular maintenance

• REPLACEMENT FILTERS can be purchased online. There is a Subscribe & Save automated delivery option available

Our system is basically set and forget, and change the filters once per year. That's it. But if you find that your water pressure drops during the year, or water starts tasting like it did before filtration, then visually check the filters.

Extra info below if you're looking for details:

• if water pressure drops to an unsatisfactory level, check the Pressure Gauges. These help to show which filters are becoming blocked and reducing the water pressure. You can make a mark on the gauges (or use the space provided in your Owners Booklet) and use it to reference future filter replacements

• there are no set rules as to what psi you need to change filters, it’s a matter of personal preference

• if filters are becoming blocked it is likely (but not always) the first filter that’s causing the blockage as it does the heavy lifting when it comes to catching dirt and debris. Replacing this filter every 6 months is sometimes required

• heavy sediment can be caused by a number of factors such as (but not limited to) old pipes, distance from the local water treatment facility to your home, and the quality of the water being supplied. How regularly the filters need replacing also depends on the volume of water used throughout your home - the more water you use, the greater the volume of water being treated by your filtration system, and therefore the quicker the filters become full and need replacing

• 12 months is the standard replacement interval for most homes. All filters are to be replaced at least every 12 months to maintain your warranty

No, you don’t need a plumber to change the filters. Our Whole House Water Filtration System is designed for simple DIY filter cartridge change out. You’ll receive step-by-step instruction in the Welcome Pack, as well as a handy tool to make it easy to unscrew the canister and change-out the filter cartridges. If preferred you can have your local handy-person or plumber do this for you, but it really is very easy to do it yourself (and that's from a middle-aged woman who doesn't eat that much Vegemite ;-)

We make it easy for you to remember to replace filters at the recommended change-out intervals, via our subscription reminder service. You can set that up when you do your first filter replacement.

Using our online store you can pay via PayPal, Stripe (credit card) or Apple Pay. If you’d prefer to pay via bank deposit to a BSB and Account Number you can contact us and we’ll issue an invoice. Products will only be shipped after funds are cleared in our account.

We don't currently offer Buy Now Pay Later. Thank you for your understanding.

Our solution is purpose designed to treat Mains water supply.

Note, if your tank water is only plumbed-in to supply water to garden and/or laundry (for example), then you can install our system onto the Mains pipeline (which would be supplying water to rest of your home). If in doubt check with your plumber.

RO is not suitable for Whole House Water Filtration so we do not offer RO.

RO is an ‘under sink’ filter that can be used in conjunction with our Whole Home Water Filter. Our system will reduce the load on the RO system and therefore reduce maintenance and costs as well as increase the efficiency of the RO under-sink system. RO is generally installed for specific medical requirements and there are many pro’s and cons to RO but ultimately your choice of filtration type is a matter of personal preference. Here’s a few notes from us. RO:

• Removes minerals that are good for health. Fresh food produce is already lacking in essential minerals due to depleted soil. We desperately need organic minerals in our water for good health. If you have RO please consider re-mineralising your water

• Changes the pH of the water leaving it too acidic

• Deadens the water. Newer science demonstrates the positive cellular-level health benefits of living water

• Wastes water during filtration, is energy hungry and can be heavy on maintenance and therefore costs

• Doesn’t efficiently soften or oxygenate the water

• People report that RO water tastes ‘flat’

• RO filters via a pressure system and this can reduce the water pressure significantly (hence it’s under-sink and only used for drinking water, not filtering whole house)

• High cost: upfront cost and ongoing costs from increased energy consumption and water consumption via wastage

• RO was originally invented to desalinate water. Water treatment methods today focus on overall health benefits such as ensuring water retains its healthy minerals.
